This Privacy Policy explains how the Recurr mobile application ("Recurr", "App", "we", "us", "our"), provided by Debi Mishra ("Developer"), handles information when you use the App.
By using Recurr, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service.
This Policy applies to the Recurr Android application published by the Developer on the Google Play Store. It does not apply to any third-party service, website, or application that you may access through or alongside Recurr.
Recurr is designed to function without collecting your personal data. All subscription information you enter or confirm is stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that receive, store, or process your personal data, and we do not maintain user accounts.
Information you add about your subscriptions (such as name, amount, billing cycle, category, and dates) is stored only on your device, in a local database. This information is never uploaded to us or to any third party. There is no Recurr account and no cloud backup performed by us.
To display a recognisable logo next to each subscription, the App requests logo images from public logo providers (such as Clearbit, Google's favicon service, and DuckDuckGo) using only the service's domain name (for example, netflix.com). The App sends only the domain name necessary to retrieve a logo image and does not intentionally send payment amounts, user notes, or other subscription metadata. As with any internet request, the logo provider may receive your device's IP address and standard network metadata; we do not control these providers' practices. If no logo is found, the App displays a simple letter avatar instead.
Because all subscription information is entered by you and stored only on your device, we do not collect or process personal data on any server. The App requests only the permissions needed for its features (for example, notifications), and you may manage or revoke these at any time in your device settings.
All your data resides in the App's local storage on your device. To delete it, remove a subscription within the App, clear the App's data in your device settings, or uninstall the App to remove everything. Because we never receive your data, there is nothing for us to retain or delete on our end.
Your data is stored within the App's private storage on your device and is protected by your device's operating-system security model. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device (for example, using a screen lock). No method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of on-device data.
Because your data is stored solely on your device and under your control, you can directly access, correct, or delete it at any time within the App. To the extent applicable law (including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023) grants you rights as a data principal — such as the rights to access, correction, erasure, grievance redressal, and nomination — you may exercise these directly through the App, or contact us using the details below for assistance.
Recurr is not intended for or directed at children. Because data remains on the user's device and is not collected by the Developer, the Developer does not knowingly receive personal data from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has used the App in a manner that raises privacy concerns, please contact us so we can assist.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this same URL with a revised "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be reflected in the App where appropriate.
